CLOUGH BOLSTERS PERTH GLORY FC

Clough today re-signed a one year partnership agreement which will help build thriving communities across Western Australia and deliver ongoing benefits in the area of youth and education.

Under the agreement, Clough will sponsor the club’s Community Program which reaches more than 30-thousand children per year. One of the key pillars of Perth Glory Community is aimed at promoting physical activity and spreading the “gospel” of the game throughout the state- particularly in regional rural and remote areas. Perth Glory Community also plays a vital role in developing educational and social skills.

The Clough logo will be proudly displayed on the playing shirt of the Senior and Youth teams. During the season Clough will have stadium signage, obtain corporate hospitality and ticketing entitlements and branding rights to community apparel, player mascots, ball boys and girls and volunteers.

Perth Glory FC Chief Executive Jason Brewer said the ongoing partnership with Clough was a significant investment to WA football at the grassroots level.

”We are excited and delighted a strong and iconic Perth based organisation such as Clough has stayed on board for another season. Clough’s commitment to grassroots football is a major boost in fostering the beautiful game at the junior level across the state.”

Clough CEO and Managing Director Kevin Gallagher said the company was proud to be associated with an elite Hyundai A- League team to help promote a healthy lifestyle for children and assist the Perth’s premier football club claim its first A- league title.

“Since we first signed with Perth Glory in 2012, I have been proud of the positive impact that Clough’s support has had on the club’s community programs,” Mr Gallagher said.

“Seeing so many children take to the field and reinforce the positive social and health benefits of active team sport is an encouraging sign that the future of football in WA is in good hands.”

“We are delighted to once again provide this assistance to grassroots football and accompany the Glory to another finals tilt this season.”
